As of August 29, 2023, project was awarded to Lehman-Roberts Company, awarded amount is $2,310,394.30. Program - 1 year: Phase 2: 1. Milling and Overlay 2.Cape Seal 3. Fog Seal Liquidated damages will be assessed for each consecutive calendar day thereafter in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). Each Bidder must deposit with his proposal, a Bid Bond or Certified Check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of his bid, payable to the City of Horn Lake, as bid security. Bidders shall also submit a current financial statement, if requested by the City. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The City of Horn Lake reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein.
