SaskWater is looking for qualified Respondents for the Regina Non-Potable Water Supply System East (RENPEST) - Well 1&2 Building Expansion and Electrical Upgrades. The RENPEST Well 1&2 Building Expansion and Electrical Upgrades will consist of, but not limited to, the following scope of work: - Site Work Building addition concrete slab preparation. Generator slab preparation. - Structural Demolition of interior drywall and insulation. Infill of unused building penetrations. Conventional wood frame building addition complete with building envelope, foundation, and concrete slab. Concrete generator pad and foundation. One exterior man door with transom. Renovations to interior of the existing building, including new insulation and plywood sheeting. All necessary connections, tie ins etc. for connection of the addition to the existing building. - Mechanical Demolition of existing HVAC equipment. Supply and installation of new Electric Unit Heaters and Air Conditioner. - Electrical Demolition of existing electrical system. Supply and installation of new MCC based electrical system, automatic transfer switch and exterior diesel generator. New lighting, and receptacle systems Coordination with utility for relocation of secondary feeders.
