Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Contractor for the provision of Dry Sprinkler System Replacement at 30 Denarda Street. TCHC will be awarding to the lowest total priced submission. Based on a site review, the system condition was found to be in poor state and deteriorating. It was determined that the best solution to avoid any false alarms, service issues and would be fully functional was to replace the entire dry sprinkler system in the parking garage.
