Site work for a civil project in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Design, repair, upgrade and recoat Carlton Reservoir #2. This reservoir is 7,500,000 million gallon tanks. The tank was taken off-line 3 years ago due to its deteriorating condition. The floors of the tank will need to be replaced, recoated, and upgraded with new Cathodic projection, new mixers, new valves, and other modifications to keep up with AWWA code. Tanks usually have to be recoated and repaired every 20 years. As of March 20, 2024, this project is included the City of North Las Vegas FY 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program and funding is allotted for construction in FY 2026-27. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
