Funding for this purchase is provided by 2022 Atkinson Town Meeting Warrant Article #2022-13. Equipment Requirements: All applicable items within this RFP shall comply with, or exceed NFPA and all other applicable codes, standards, and regulations. Item specific characteristics that will be required by the Atkinson Fire Department, will be listed next to the item. Service Requirements: Each proposer shall show that they are able to render prompt service and to furnish replacement parts expeditiously. Service arrangements will be specified as part of the Proposal Package. This shall include the location of the nearest service facility, and whether warranty service will be provided on site at Atkinson New Hampshire during the warranty periods. Delivery Requirements: Each proposer shall state the maximum number of calendar days from contract acceptance to delivery. The successful proposer shall deliver all items, at their own expense, to the Atkinson Fire Department or include cost in quote. Warranty Requirements: Each proposer shall submit a copy of proposed warranties for all applicable items. Deviations: Any proposed deviations to the proposal shall be stated and the equipment specified. Final Acceptance: All proposals received shall be considered confidential and not available for public review until after a vendor has been selected. All proposals shall be subject to clarifications and negotiations priorto the award of a contract. The town at its discretion has the right to accept or reject any and all bids in whole or part.
