This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is issued by His Majesty the King in right of the Province of British Columbia as represented by the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure (Province). The purpose of this RFQ is to invite interested parties to submit Responses indicating their interest in, and qualifications for, the Belleville Terminal Redevelopment Project - Phase II (Project). Based on the evaluation of these Responses, the Province intends to select, in accordance with the terms of this RFQ, a shortlist of up to three Proponents to be invited to participate in the next stage of the Competitive Selection Process, the Request for Proposals (RFP) stage. Under the Competitive Selection Process, the Province is seeking to enter into a contract (Design-Build Agreement) with a qualified entity (Design-Builder) to execute the scope of work as described in Section 2.2 of this RFQ. The contract value is estimated to be between approximately $180 million to $200 million. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
