LOCATION Lake Byllesby Dam, Gerlach Way, Cannon Falls, MN 55009 SCOPE OF WORK This project includes: o Purchasing needing materials o Installing a card access system on at Lake Byllesby Dam o Installing cameras at Lake Byllesby Dam o Installing intrusion devices at Lake Byllesby Dam o Installing conduit for device wiring o Running wires between panels and devices o Program the installed card readers, cameras, and intrusion devices Dakota County Staff Responsibilities o Provide access to the site when construction is complete/substantially complete o Assist contractor in accessing the card access, video management, and intrusion systems the county uses o Install two camera poles (1 for a new camera, 1 for the moved camera) o Provide networking information for online devices Contractor Responsibilities o Gather all necessary construction permits o Provide a point of contact for scheduling construction dates and times o The site is currently under construction and may continue to be so when work should commence. Work cannot commence until most of the structure is completed o Purchase the components indicated: o 2 mullion card readers (Hid Signo 20, Standard Profile) o 2 Von Duprin 6211 Electric Strikes o 2 REX (Bosch DS160) o 2 Door Contacts (GRI DPDT Surface Mount w/ Armed cable) o 1 card access panel (X2220) o 1 power supply (Altronix AL600UL) o 1 Bosch intrusion panel (Bosch B9512G) o 5 motion detectors (Bosch ISC-CDL1-W15G) o 1 keypad (Bosch D1260W) o 1 Bosch B465 (For Fire system) o 1 Bosch B444 (For Fire System) o Trove Enclosures for the panels o 4 Axis Q6315-LE PTZ cameras with needed mounts (3 parapet, 1 pole) o 1 Axis Q1656-BLE cameras with needed mount (parapet/wall mount) o 2 Axis P3265-LV cameras and mounts (wall mounts) o Category 6 Ethernet cable (amount to be determined by the contractor o 12 AWG wire (amount to be determined by the contractor) o Conduit o Miscellaneous materials as needed **This is not a complete list but outlines the major items which need to be purchased o Installing surface mounted conduit between the panels and the devices' locations o Install the materials purchased at the locations indicated on plans **Due to the nature of this facility, plans will only be released upon emailing the project manager o Hiring subcontractors as needed to complete the work o Move an existing camera to a new location o This includes running new conduit to a new pole location. Refer to the plans and pictures for further details (must be requested) o Program the card access readers into the county card access system (Lenel OnGuard 8.0) o Program the security cameras into the county video management system (Avigilon 7.14) o Program the intrusion panel o Integrate the Bosch Intrusion panel into the card access system including setting up intrusion deactivation upon valid badge read into the building o Program the Bosch Dialer/Bosch Cell Card to communicate to the alarm monitoring station o Running antenna cable from the cellular module to a location with strong cellular service o Ensure all work is up to current code o Repair, replace, or otherwise correct deficient materials and workmanship without additional cost to the owner o Follow all county guidelines for contractors Work to be Completed by the County/Other contractors o Installing two camera poles for contractor use. o Setting up card access levels for the new card readers o Setting up alarm monitoring for the intrusion panel o Configuring the county network switches to function with the new equipment o Connecting the Bosch Dialer to the fire system
