Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract for on-call Roadway Construction Services to support Caltrans, District 5, Division of Construction. The work shall be performed on projects to improve the State transportation system throughout the counties of Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Monterey, Santa Cruz, and San Benito in California within the limits of District 5. The specific location of the work to be performed shall be identified in each Task Order. Unless modified by Addenda, RFQ Requirements Question & Answer (Q&A's) must be received no later than seven (7) business days after RFQ advertisement. 20% DBE Goal Participation goal required. Estimated contract amount $9,185,866.00 - $14,927,033.00. The estimated contract term is three (3) years. Please refer to the RFQ for goal requirement and Attachment 1 for licensing requirements for this contract. Unfortunately, the Department does not have a plan holders list of available proposers, nor does it have a way of identifying companies or entities that may have downloaded the project documents for teaming purposes. It is the responsibility of the consultants/subs/vendors to identify teams that may be submitting an Statement of Qualification's. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
