Reference Number NB-0614010-24 This procurement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. Where permissible under the applicable trade agreements and the regulation under the Procurement Act, Service New Brunswick reserves the right to give preferential treatment to a prospective supplier from New Brunswick. Should this right be exercised, the following order of priority will apply: a) firstly, New Brunswick manufacturers if the goods to be procured are manufactured in New Brunswick; and b) secondly, New Brunswick vendors. This Invitation to Tender consists of janitorial services on behalf of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure at the Fredericton Regional Centre, 300 St. Mary's Street, Fredericton NB, for a period of two (2) years from August 1, 2023 until July 31, 2025 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods in one (1) year increments upon written agreement by both parties.
