Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Quebec, Quebec. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Reference number : 1741672 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-07-24 The RTC wishes to proceed with the complete deconstruction of the building and infrastructure of the Newton Centre in Quebec City. The existing building has three (3) sectors, named respectively sectors A, B and C, each with two (2) floor levels, as well as a basement room for the components of the geothermal system. The existing building is mainly for industrial use, of the "warehouse" type. It also has an office space in sector A, as well as a cafeteria area in sector B. The RTC wishes to carry out this project under the "design-build" mode of realization so that the Contractor hires and supervises itself the required architectural and engineering firms that will carry out the plans, specifications, deconstruction procedures of the existing building, and any other documentation specified in the contractual documents and / or required by the competent authority. Any experts, consultants or professionals required for the complete dismantling of the building is the responsibility of the Contractor who must include these fees in his fixed price. Refer to the quotation section 01 11 00 - Summary of work, for additional information. Duration of work: 12 weeks.
