Question Submission Deadline:July 28, 2023, 3:00pm The Washington County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the County. The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding by the County it is in the public interest to do so. The construction cost is estimated to be between $38 and $40 million dollars; however, scope may be added, reduced or phased at the discretion of the owner's project team and Board of Commissioners. Due to funding source limitation all work must be completed and billed out no later than December 1, 2026. *This project has been identified as part of a stimulus package
