Pinal County desires to obtain Professional On-Call Airport Planning and Associated Services for Airport improvement projects at the County's two sponsored airports, San Manuel Airport (E77) and Pinal Airpark (MZJ). In accordance with the contract documents, a specific scope of services and fee proposal shall be negotiated for each project and be executed by individual Task Orders. The projects may be funded by any combination of federal, state or local funds, including grants. The award will be conducted by following FAA Advisory Circular AC 150/5100-14E, and any pertinent State of Arizona Law or Pinal County policy. If selected to participate on a federal project the consultant and any proposed sub-consultants must certify in writing that they are not currently debarred and/or suspended and excluded from participation in federal programs.
