Renovation of a municipal facility in Sainte-Julienne, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the municipal building located at 2396 rue Cartier in Sainte-Julienne. The scope of work includes the redevelopment of the premiseslocated on the 2nd floor of the building in order to deploy personnel from the leisure and environmental health department there. Various elements necessary for the development of offices must be integrated into the premises, including, but not limited to, the installation of furniture, appliances, lighting and the installation of network services and internet. TIMELINE: The owner has not accepted any of bids submitted to the tender for the general contractor 401.110/256, cancelled it and awarded three sub trade contractor following invited tenders Intérieur 401.110.267, Balcon 401.110.267 and 401.110/267. Construction is underway.
