The Contractor awarded the Contract will be required to post a Performance bond as a guarantee of the faithful performance of the requirements of this Contract in the amount of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract award. Pursuant to California Public Contract Code section 22300, the Contractor may request that HACLA substitute a security in the amount of the performance retention.
