Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wheatland, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Scope of work includes: Wheatland Readiness Center: Crack Seal and Sealcoat Parking lot, approximately 1,728 SY with alternate to Mill, Grade and Replace in lieu of crack seal. Additional associated improvements vary by site include: replace and/or repair of concrete sidewalks and valley gutters, paint striping and other related work. Contractors may bid on singular or multiple locations. Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid total shall be submitted with proposals at time of bid. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required from the successful bidders Bidders shall be qualified to do business and licensed in accordance with all applicable laws of the state and local governments where the Project is located. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids or any bid, to waive any irregularities, or to accept any bid that best serves their interests *Questions and Answers 7-18-23
