SUNY Upstate Medical University is soliciting proposals from service vendors to provide Sidewalk Replacement services including Furnish labor, materials, and equipment to complete work per drawing C100, project 22-2179. All testing and permitting by owner. SUNY Upstate Medical University ("Upstate") intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law 355(5)(a) for the above noted service, which authorizes purchases without a formal competitive process in certain circumstances, including purchases from NYS small businesses, from business certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the NYS Executive Law and if applicable, from businesses selling commodities or technology that are recycled or remanufactured. A sealed bid will not be held.
