Renovation of an educational facility in Northborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Fannie E. Proctor Elementary School Roof Replacement. Bidders must be certified by DCAMM in Roofing. Remove existing roof system down to deck and install new 2-ply SBS Modified Bitumen roof system. Remove and replace rooftop skylights and roof hatch. And associated work. Work in this Contract shall include, but is not limited to the following items. Base Bid: 1. Removal and replacement of existing roof system down to deck for Roof Areas A, A1, A2, A3, and A4. 2. Add new insulation and coverboard to achieve R-30 rating. 3. Install new 2 ply SBS Modified Bitumen roof system. 4. Install new perimeter blocking and ANSI/SPRI ES-1 rated flashless edge metal system. 5. Provide 30 yr Edge to Edge No Dollar Limit Warranty. 6. Replacement of drain strainers and clamping rings. Existing drain bodies to remain 7. Removal and replacement of rooftop skylights. 8. Removal and replacement of roof hatch. 9. Repair existing EIFS system as required for installation of new roofing system/flashing. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 07/14/2023 at 5:00PM EDT for general bids.
