Renovation of a municipal facility in Methuen, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women. A. The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. Remove shower, sink, toilet, floor tile and wall tile. 2. Install new tile (floors and walls) 3. Install new ADA toilet, sink and vanity, and mirror. 4. Install new 4-pice shower, folding chair and accessories. 5. Install bathroom accessories including, toilet paper dispenser, grab bars, soap dispenser, folded paper towel dispenser, waste receptacle. 6. Replace exhaust fan W/ PANASONIC FV-0511VKS2 OR EQ.. C.F.M. 110 ; R.P.M. 950; 120V TWO SPEED; STEP UP SPEED VIA WALL OCCUPANCY SPEED 7. Paint the affected areas. 8. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. 9. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 10. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. 11. Prepare and submit Operation and Maintenance O&M Manuals(1 3-ring binder) and a full PDF copy. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. ADA Shower Renovation.
