Site work for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
* Award subject to final approval. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Remove and salvage wooden bollards and reinstall; (b) Excavation for new basketball court area and entrance approach; (c) Supply and install sub-surface land drainage system; (d) Import and place suitable clean clay fill for new court area and entrance approach; (e) Subgrade compaction; (f) Site grading; (g) Material testing; (h) Installation of geogrid and geotextile; (i) Supply, install and compact granular base materials; (j) Supply and install asphalt surfacing; (k) Supply and install Sport Court Surfacing material with lines; (l) Supply and install chain link fencing and gates; (m) Supply and install hoops and nets; (n) Pick up and install benches; (o) Pick up and install waste receptacle; (p) Supply and install topsoil and sod.
