Renovation of a multi-residential development in Hyde, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
A Non-Collusive Affidavit and a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid amounts are also required and must be submitted along with each bid. Failure to comply will result in disqualification of the submitted bid. The apparent low bidder will subsequently be required to submit all supporting documentation described in HUD Section 3 and others within ten (10 days from bid opening. Prevailing wages will apply to all portions of this project and current wage rates are included in the project manual. The Clearfield County Housing Authority is an equal opportunity employer.
