This is an advance notice of a potential Source List with anticipated security requirements to provide interested consultants an opportunity to begin the sponsorship request process for potentially obtaining the required security clearance(s) that are anticipated. Note that there is no guarantee that this procurement will proceed or that any security clearance(s) will be granted under the sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise The designated substance assessment & monitoring consultant services may include the following types of projects:. Comprehensive Hazardous Material (Hazmat) Assessments; Designated Substance Survey/Hazmat Risk Assessments and work classification determination; Designated Substance Survey/Hazmat Inventories; Recommendations, professional advice and mitigation measures to manage identified Designated Substance Survey/Hazmat (health and safety procedures for workers and other personnel; removal/abatement, disposal); Cost estimates to implement the mitigation measures; Inspection and air monitoring associated with hazardous material abatement; Preparation of specifications and drawings associated with mitigation measures to remove and dispose the Designated Substance including conducting site inspections, confirmation service and analysis (air monitoring) before, during and after Designated Substance Survey/Hazmat abatement; and Preparation of Designated Substances Reports, notice of project and description of procedures as required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act of the province the project is located in. The Projects may also include urgent requirements for assessments of hazardous materials The estimated value for this Source List is approximately $1,500,000 over three (3) years with the Potential of two (2) additional one (1) year option for extensions and an increase in value of up to $1,000,000.00 at any time. The estimated total potential opportunity is approximately $2,500,000.00 over the 5-year period.
