2024 TOC for Flatwork and Street Improvement Package 1 will be used to place flatwork Task Orders to complete IMP sidewalk projects from the council approved FY24 IMP lists, from the FY24 NAMP program, and to support remote ramp construction for the FY24 SMP micro surface projects. The likely elements of flatwork construction for IMP sidewalk and NAMP projects include placement of new sidewalks (with or without removal of existing), placement of new driveway approaches which are not ADA-complaint (with removal of old), and restoration of the sites with backfill/topsoil/sod. Ancillary activities (that are required to produce a complete and usable project) may include replacement of existing curb, removal and replacement of mailboxes, removal of trees, and maintenance of existing area signs (upgrade of poles/remove & replace, etc), and placement of back-curb or retaining wall. Minimal asphalt activities include curb patch and small areas of asphalt improvement necessary to place curb/sidewalk. Remote ramp placement/upgrade is a stand-alone, all inclusive item that is used to support pavement projects where the ADA ramp is required to be placed/restored. It is understood and agreed that the work is to be substantially completed on or before 420 calendar days. This project does not include hazardous environmental work.
