Site work and paving for a road / highway in Firth, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of August 30, 2023 project was awarded to Steadman Construction , but awarded amount is not available.** The work shall consist of replacing the existing road surface, improving curb and gutter and sidewalk of Lincoln Street from US-91 to Firth High School, as well as improvements to the existing storm drainage system that was retrofitted during a previous project The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents, the plans, the Idaho Standards for Public Works 2020 Edition, and any applicable Federal, State and Local requirements A bid bond in the amount of 5 % of the total bid amount is required. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Construction time frame is from August 1, 2023 to November 1, 2023 *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
