The City of Leesburg desires to secure the services of a qualified Florida licensed certified General Contractor to provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and incidentals for the improvement of the Susan Street Sports Complex, which includes the demolition of the existing sports fields and the construction of five (5) rugby fields, one (1) soccer field, a concession and restroom area, parking lot area, upgrade to its network infrastructure, and other items according to the specifications associated to this solicitation.
