**As of August 28, 2023, bids received were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** Any Proposals received after the above designated time will be returned unopened. The proposed construction will include replacement of an existing culvert and storm sewer, grading of relocation, and associated pavement and lawn restoration. All proposals must be submitted on Prescribed State Board of Accounts Form No. 96 together with all the proper forms included in the specification, proposal and contract the entire set of which shall be intact as a bid Wage rates for this work shall not be less than the prescribed scale of wages as determined pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 319, Acts of the Indiana General Assembly, 1935. No Contractor may withdraw his proposal within one hundred twenty days (120) after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technical or irregularities therein, to delete any item or items and to award a contract on the proposal that in their judgment is most advantages to Lake County
