The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to seek the service of a qualified contractor to remove and the replace the Varsity Baseball and Varsity Softball dugouts as indicated in the contract documents An original and one (1) copy of the proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Mr. Joseph Passalacqua, Superintendent and marked Beaverton Public Schools, Baseball/Softball Dugout Replacement Project. The School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. The district further reserves the right to award the contract to that proposer whose proposal best complies with the project requirements. Proposers may not withdraw their proposal for a period of ninety (90) days for the date set for the opening thereof.
