Addendum deadline July 25, 2023. The City shall purchase and demolish flood damaged homes resulting in the land remaining open green space in perpetuity. Reconstruction may not occur on lots in these areas; lots will be maintained as flooding buffer zones or other non-residential/commercial uses. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals of firms that submit proposals, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards.
