Site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Wymore, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a 48,180-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The Work consists of one (1) exterior vestibule addition on the east/southeast side of the three-story high school building and renovation work on the inside of the building encompassing approximately 2,400 SF. New openings with metal doors and frames will be cut-in/added to gain access to the new administrative office area. Work scopes included are glazed aluminum curtain walls, steel columns, beams, metal wall panels, automatic entrances, metal or wood studs/framing, GWB, painting, wood floor framing, flooring, acoustical ceilings and mechanical and electrical work.
