Renovation of a multi-residential development in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Housing Authority of New Orleans is seeking sealed bids for the manufacturing and delivery of three gas generators for Guste High Rise Housing Community, 1301 Simon Bolivar Ave., New Orleans, La 70113. The generators, at a minimum, must meet the specifications in the attached Appendix. Shop drawings and specification cut sheets must be included for each unit Right to Reject, Waive, or Terminate the IFB. Reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the IFB process, or to terminate the IFB process at any time, if deemed by the Agency to be in its best interests.
