The work will include, but is not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, and materials and performing all operations in connection with the installation of new water service connections to home sites; and, when existing wastewater systems are available in the area, installation of new individual wastewater service connections to these same home sites. The work covered by these specifications will be constructed near or on homesites, throughout Districts 1 through 7, on the Gila River Indian Community, in Maricopa and Pinal Counties, Arizona.
