A. Work covered by the contract documents includes the Construction of Site Work & Foundations for Utility Fiber Shelters. B. Construct work under a single prime contract. Refer to Section 00 50 20 - Agreement Form - Stipulated Sum. C. Work shall be started immediately upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Prior to this, all contracts and beginning documents will have been executed and insurance and bonds shall be in force. D. The completion of this work is to be on or before the time indicated in the OWNER and CONTRACTOR Agreement. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. The Mayor and Board of Alderman of the City of New Albany, Mississippi reserve the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Mayor and Board of Alderman of the City of New Albany, Mississippi for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids. Perform the Work in 120 calendar days. The completion date in the Agreement shall be the Contract Time added to the date specified in a written "Notice to Proceed."
