Site work for a water / sewer project in Beekmantown, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of December 6, 2023, construction commenced the end of September, 2023, and is expected to be completed by the end of December, 2023. No further inquiries to be accepted. The project will be bid and awarded as One (1) Prime Contract. Work is generally described as follows; General Construction (GC): Provide and install approximately 2,255 linear feet of raw water transmission main from the well site, northeast of Maple Ridge Drive, to the Water Treatment Plant, just south of Beekmantown Town Hall. Work includes directional drilling of the water main crossing County Road 58 (Spellman Road). Bids shall be submitted on the provided forms in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bid must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of 5% of the Bid and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond. Contractor's bids are irrevocable for a period of (45) days after submission The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
