Renovation of a fire / police facility in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to install new concrete slab at the Pines PD Training Facility, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation. Jobsite shall be maintained clean through duration of job. o Contractor is responsible for verifying all field measurements and conditions. o Contractor shall repair areas damaged during construction back to their original state or better.
