Trade Contractors must submit a CCDC11-2019. Contractors Qualification Statement as well as any additional references. Qualification Statements will be received for the FOLLOWING TRADES: - Excavation and Site Service; - Concrete; - PreCast / Hollowcore Slab; - Masonry; - Structural Steel and Misc. Metals; - Millwork; - Roofing; - Aluminum Doors / Windows / Glazing / Vinyl Windows; - Fall Protection; - Hollow Metal Doors / Frames; - Drywall / Acoustics; - Flooring; - Painting; - Elevator; - Mechanical; - Fire Protection; - Electrical. DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: - 143,552 sq ft of new construction; - Six (6) Storey plus basement : 192-Bed Facility; - New construction is precast concrete floor slab on poured concrete bearing walls with brick veneer; - Project to be Green Globe Certified; - Fully sprinklered; - Anticipated construction duration of 24 months. Interested parties are required to submit the following information which will be used in the evaluation and prequalification of bidders: 1.
