Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Work under the Contract consists of: 1. The Project consists of: the removal and replacement of asphalt shingle roofing systems, addition of vent caps, addition of ridge vents, masonry brick repointing at chimney at 667-1. Add alternate #1 is to install river rock stone beds around perimeter of 667-1. The removal of existing asphalt rolled roofing and installation of EPDM membrane roofing system, extension of exhaust fan curbs, snow guard installation, fall protection rails at 667-2. Add alternate #1 is to install river rock stone beds around perimeter of 667-2. 2. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make a written request to the Prime Designer. The Prime Designer will answer such requests if received seven (7) calendar days before the date for receipt of the bids. The work is estimated to cost $347,245.
