Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. HG&E is soliciting fixed lump sum bids for the supply and installation of a new emergency generator and automatic transfer switch to service the West Holyoke LNG Facility located at 91 Mueller Road, Holyoke, MA. Potential bidders are to provide all equipment, material, and any applicable subcontractors in order to fulfill all obligations as outlined under this specification. Prevailing Wage Rates apply. A bid deposit equal to 5% of the total value of the bid must accompany all bids and may be in the form of a certified, treasurer's, or cashier,s check payable to HG&E from a responsible bank or trust company; cash; or a bid bond from a licensed surety payable to HG&E. The successful bidder will be required to furnish both a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond in the amount equal to 50% of the total value of the bid respectively.
