Removal and replacement of cooling towers. 3. Modifications of cooling tower dunnage. 4. Removal of ice storage systems and piping. 5. Modifications to fire protection system. 6. Modifications to lighting protection systems. 7. Modifications to electrical systems. 8. Modifications to Building Management System (controls). B. Type of Contract: 1.
