Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Saskatoon is seeking a General Contractor to supply materials, labour, equipment, supplies, supervision, and subcontracting services to refurbish and repurpose the Wastewater Treatment Plant's (WWTP) former boiler room into a future warehouse. The Work includes mechanical, electrical, and structural construction services as well as the services of a qualified paving company to install a new parking lot addition at the WWTP. It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded in August 2023. It is the City's intention to enter into a contract with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year. The respondent shall provide with their submission, a Letter of Surety, executed under Seal by a Surety Company. Consent of Surety, are required in a digital format, and must be must be verifiable by the Owner. A Scanned Copy of the Consent of Surety will not be accepted.
