Water Line Project LCWSD will Supply The6-inch Waterline, Steel Encasement, Tapping Sleeves and Valves, fittings, And associated Appurtenances. The Contractor Shall Be responsible for the Installation of Said 6-inch Waterline Including embedment, backfill, And regressing (As necessary). The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each BIDDER must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided for in the Instructions to Bidders. All bids shall remain good and may not be withdrawn for 90 calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
