The City of Martinsville, Virginia, reserves the right to reject any or all bids The City of Martinsville is requesting proposals to: furnish all necessary services (labor, material, and programming), tools, equipment and supervision to install and program a safety camera system. The system will consist of 21 active PTZ cameras and must relay to a central monitoring station. Permits: permits, proof of proper license, insurance, and certifications are required and are the responsibility of the contractor. Payment to subcontractors shall be the responsibility of the contractor. Contractors shall email all questions to Zach Morris, Purchasing Manager at zmorris@ci.martinsville.va.us or fax in writing to 276-403-5356
