Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Page, Arizona. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Prepare the surface, crack sealant, hot applied sealant, 2 coats of Pavement Sealer, paint existing Curb Red. There is some striping as well. All questions are to be upload to within the OpenGov software at OpenGov. Questions shall be submitted in the Questions and Answers Tab on OpenGov no later than Thursday, July 13, 2023, 12:00 pm. Rights of Waiver, Rejection, and Cancellation. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Solicitation, District may waive any minor informality, reject any and all Offers or portions thereof, or cancel a Solicitation. Bid Bond: An irrevocable bid security payable to Page Unified School District, #8 in the amount of 10.00% of the total bid project cost is required. The contractor shall be required to furnish an irrevocable security in the amount of 100.00% of the total contract price payable to Page Unified School District, #8, binding the contractor to provide faithful performance of the contract. Payment security shall be in the amount of 100.00% of the total contract price and be payable to Page Unified School District, #8. The cost of this bond is included in your base bid.
