Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bayfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; for paving for a medical facility; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Cost Range: $750,000 - $800,000 Red Cliff is seeking to contract with a General Contractor ("Contractor") to construct a 2,160 sq. ft. building. The first level will include a large, conditioned garage area, a conditioned storage area, three offices, a bathroom and mechanical room. The conditioned second level will include an open loft/storage area, and IT/security rack. The construction of this facility is being funded with federal funding through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and Indian Health Services with potential others. All provisions and requirements of the funding sources shall apply, including prevailing wages for all workers. Please see 'Notice of Tribal and Federal Compliance Requirements' attached to this RFP for more details. The Tribe reserves the right to select the proposal(s) deemed to best meet the requirement, which may not necessarily be the lowest cost proposal(s) and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals at any time during the evaluation process. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
