Renovation of a mixed-use development in El Centro, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Carpet installation at various sites District to furnish all material, work is installation only. License Classifications C-15 (Flooring and Floor Covering Contractors) B (General Building Contractor) If contract exceeds $25,000, per Civil Code Section 3247, Contract shall provide a Payment Bond By submitting a proposal, contractors warrant that they have made a site examination as they deem necessary as to the condition of the site and certify all measurements, specifications and conditions affecting the work to be performed at the site.
