In furthering our goal to preserve and protect the community and surrounding areas' freshwater resources, the City of Fort Stockton seeks to engage a qualified general contractor to assist in the replacement of Belding Water Well #6. Therefore, it is in the best interest of the City of Fort Stockton to obtain the services of the highest qualified general contractor to assist in providing the City with pricing specifications, including all materials and labor for the replacement of Belding Water Well #6, owned and operated by the City of Fort Stockton. Each Qualified General Contractor will be evaluated only on the quality and experience of the company and its personnel. The City Council reserves the right to accept the bids which in its judgement is from the most responsible contractor; to reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid submitted.
