Reference Number 0000324345 The Douglas County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for the purchase of traffic sign materials. The initial term of this bid is August 1, 2023 - December 31, 2023, with options to renew for four (4) additional one-year terms. The purchase of traffic sign materials will be made under a Purchase Order number, by Douglas County. Each Purchase Order shall be a directive/authorization to purchase the required signing materials. Prices bid shall be firm and valid during the initial term. The Douglas County Board of Commissioners has NO guarantee of any specific quantity, and the County will only purchase the quantity that is needed. Prohibited communication includes all contact or interaction, including but not limited to telephonic communications, emails, faxes, letters, or personal meetings, such as lunch, entertainment, or otherwise. Exceptions to this restriction on communication include the following: Douglas County reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any and all bids, to evaluate bids, to accept portions of any bids and to accept any bid, which in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the County. The County reserves the right to add to or delete from the contract after the contract has been awarded.
