Site work for a mixed-use development in Green Valley, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility.
As of February 7, 2024, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. The Frederick County Division of Public Works received a State Capital Grant from the Maryland Department of General Services (MDGS) to extend the Green Valley Fire Station water and sewer lines. We shall complete the Work within 120 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,000 PER CALENDAR DAY. No bids will be considered unless accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or a treasurers check drawn on a bank or a bid bond payable to Frederick County, Maryland, in the amount of 5 percent of the total bid price
