The Mesquite Independent School District (Mesquite ISD) is seeking proposals for Miscellaneous Consultant Services. The intent of this request is to establish a list of pre-approved companies or individuals that can provide Consultant Services to the District. This proposal will be awarded to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. On a periodic basis, submitted proposals will be opened, evaluated, and either accepted or rejected by the district. Awards will be made throughout the open period of solicitation and will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response. Proposers will then be notified of the district's decision. Administrative and Instructional Services shall be defined as, "expenditures/expenses rendered by personnel who are not on the payroll of the school district. The Mesquite Independent School District reserves the right to accept or reject in part or in whole any bids/proposals submitted, and to waive any technicalities, and to award bids/proposals in the best interest of the District.
