Contractor will provide annual door inspection services and maintenance and incidental repair services for the residents assigned to the Lancaster California Veterans Home. A 3 percent (3%) Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) Participation Requirement applies to this IFB. The awarded Contractor shall be required to pay prevailing wage under the terms of this Agreement. In submitting your bid, you must comply with all instructions and requirements contained herein. Deadline for Questions Date: July 18, 2023 Time: 3:30 p.m Deadline for Responses to Questions Date: July 20, 2023 Time: 3:30 p.m. Any questions regarding this IFB must be submitted in writing by, via email to the Contract Analyst Bidder must be licensed with the California Secretary of State and with the Department of Industrial Relations as a public works contractor. Bidder shall meet all qualifications and licensing requirements at the time of the submitting bid. Upon award of the contract, a Payment Bond equal to 100% of the total amount payable under the contract will be required per PCC 7103, if agreement exceeds $25,000.
