The purpose of this solicitation is to establish an Open Agency Contract to procure Portland Cement and Concrete Products (QPL #3) listed herein, on behalf of the Georgia Department of Transportation, General Office of Maintenance. For more details, refer to the attached documents. Brand name is used only to indicate type and quality required. Department may accept approved equivalent product. Product must meet specifications set forth in Standard Specification 830 and any other relevant specification. This Solicitation is for product only. The Department is not obligated to purchase any minimum or maximum quantities. Respondents should note that only sources listed on the Qualified Product List (QPL #3 ) therein are being sought at this time. This may be accomplished by either being a qualified producer or by supplying a letter from a QPL producer that you are an authorized representative of that producer. Potential firms interested in providing Portland Cement and Concrete Products (QPL #3) and associated components must qualify with the Office of Materials and Testing at 404.608.4878 and 404-608.4810 respectively; regarding application and acceptance on the QPL prior to the end date and time of eRFQ. The Department shall reserve the option of making multiple awards to all responsible and responsive bidders meeting specifications. For technical questions related to the use of Team Georgia Marketplace, suppliers have access to phone support through the DOAS Customer Service Help Desk at 404-657-6000, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM excluding State Holidays or any other day state offices are closed such as furlough days or closings in response to inclement weather.
