Demolition and site work for a stadium in Brandon, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the demolition of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.

The purpose of this Invitation to Tender is to secure a qualified contractor to provide demolition, disposal and land reclamation services for the decommissioned pool and related service buildings on the Keystone Centre grounds. The Keystone Centre requires the existing pool and service buildings to be demolished with the following requirements: a) Demolition, removal and disposal of the pool, pump building, change room building and sidewalk on north side of change room building on the Keystone grounds. Return site to surface grade with clean fill. b) All site preparation performed by qualified persons with all the necessary equipment, knowledge, training, and experience applicable to the equipment/product to be supplied and installed. c) Proponent will be responsible for ensuring that the site is safe and secure during construction.
